I was fortunate enough a few weeks ago to attend the a Coaching Clinic put on by Pete Carroll presented by Nike. Simply Pete Carroll motto or coaching Philosophy is Win Forever. Our words are powerful and the clinic was really about putting your message your belief system as a coach into a mission statement into a motto that your players can draw from.
